1. Who we are

Stanhope Learning ("we") teaches people how to use AI in their personal life and their day-to-day work. Courses are designed and taught by Cosmin Ghinoiu. Contact: hello@stanhopelearning.com.

2. The course

A live online AI course for beginners, in English: 8 live sessions of 2 hours on a video call, over 4 weeks, with 10 participants per cohort. It includes private replays of each session for 60 days, homework that builds one personal project, a WhatsApp group for your cohort, and a Certificate of Completion if you reach 70 of 100 points (quiz 50, homework and attendance 30, project demo 20).

The certificate shows what you completed. It is not an accredited or nationally recognised qualification.

Weekend cohort: Saturdays and Sundays from 28 November to 20 December 2026, 10:30 to 12:30 CET. Weekday cohort: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 24 November to 22 December 2026 (Wednesday 2 December instead of Tuesday 1 December), 09:00 to 11:00 CET.

You need a laptop or desktop computer, an internet connection and free accounts with the AI tools we use. Paid plans are optional. Third-party tools have their own terms and prices; we don't control them.

3. Price and payment

The price is €179 (euros) per seat, the total you pay. We don't add fees for paying by PayPal or bank transfer. After you register, we hold your seat for 48 hours. Your seat is confirmed when your payment arrives. If no payment arrives within 48 hours, the hold expires and the seat goes back on sale.

4. How the contract is made

You register on the website and press "Reserve my seat, I'll pay €179". That is an order with an obligation to pay. We confirm it by email, with these terms attached, so you have a copy you can keep.

5. Refunds

If you change your mind before the end of session 2, we refund you in full, for any reason.

6. Group size, changes and cancellation

Each cohort has 10 places and runs with at least 6 participants. The trainer reserves the right to cancel a cohort, for example if it has fewer than 6 participants by its start date. If a cohort is cancelled, everything you paid is returned in full, or you can take a seat in the other cohort instead.

If we have to move a session (for example, if the trainer is ill), we tell you as early as we can and offer a new date. If we cancel the course, you get a full refund. If you miss a session, there is no refund for it, but you get the replay.

7. Recordings

We record each session for the participants of that cohort. The replay is shared only with them and deleted after 60 days. Your camera is optional. If you speak or show your screen, that is part of the recording. Please don't record sessions yourself.

8. Behaviour

Be respectful to others and keep what they share private. We may remove someone who repeatedly disrupts the group, with a refund for the sessions not yet held.

9. Course materials

The materials are for your own personal use. Please don't share or resell them. What you build in the course is yours.

10. No guarantees of outcomes

We teach skills. We can't promise a job, an interview or a particular result.

11. Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid, except where the law doesn't allow a limit, such as for death or injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

12. Complaints

Email us. We reply within 5 working days.

13. Your consumer rights

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
