Eight stops, one route.

Each session builds on the last. By the final stop you have a working setup you use every week, not a folder of notes you never open again.

Each week: 60 to 90 minutes of homework, always a step of your own project, done before the next week's sessions.

  1. 1

    The AI landscape

    Stop 1

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot side by side. How these systems are trained, what tokens are, and what a model on your own laptop can do.

Live: interactive tasks and questions to learn what AI systems are and how they work.
  2. 2

    Prompts that work

    Stop 2

The fullest session of the course. Commands and the context window, tweaking your preferences, setting up projects in ChatGPT and Claude, and using AI to refine your own prompts.

Live: prompt makeover contest on a real task from your week.
  3. 3

    Make it sound like you

    Stop 3

Write instructions that teach AI agents and chat assistants to write naturally, then build a "writes like me" skill in ChatGPT and Claude.

Live: build your own "writes like me" skill and test it on a real message.
  4. 4

    Build your career assistant

    Stop 4

Keep your professional experience in local Markdown files, in one project folder. From there, tailor your CV to any job ad, create custom CVs whenever you need one, apply with less effort, and keep track of your applications and conversations.

Live: set up your career folder and tailor a CV to a real job ad on screen.
  5. 5

    Markdown and your knowledge base

    Stop 5

Why AI tools read plain Markdown files so well, and how to keep your notes where your assistant can use them.

Live: build your first knowledge folder and ask it questions.
  6. 6

    From chat to agents

    Stop 6

What changes when AI can act, not just answer: chat apps compared with agent tools like Claude Code and Codex, and what a "harness" is. Cosmin shows his own setup.

Live: set up your personal assistant with your own instructions.
  7. 7

Build, test and publish a website

    Stop 7

Cosmin shows how to build a website with an AI agent and a design skill called Impeccable. Then the group builds one site together, from plan to published.

Live: one website, built and published by the whole group. Your task until the last session: build your own.
  8. 8

Learning with AI, and demo day

    Stop 8

How to keep learning with AI after the course: guides, interactive practice and staying up to date. Then a short quiz, your project demos, and your certificate.

Live: the group votes for the best website, and the least AI-looking one.

A session, minute by minute.

Two hours on a video call, cameras optional. You do something about every ten minutes. Questions go on screen and get answered live.

Typical running order of one 2-hour session
0:00Warm-up challengeA quick task to get everyone's hands on the keyboard.
0:10Show, then doA short demo, then you repeat it on your own account while Cosmin watches the room.
0:50BreakTen minutes away from the screen.
1:00ContestSmall teams, one real task, a winner by vote.
1:40Your questionsAnything from the session or your own work, answered on screen.
2:00Homework setThe next step of your project, 60 to 90 minutes, done before next week's sessions.

What's included.

  • 8 live sessions, 2 hours each, 16 hours in total
  • Private replays of every session within 24 hours, kept for 60 days
  • One personal project built step by step through the homework
  • A WhatsApp group for your cohort, for questions between sessions
  • A Certificate of Completion at 70 of 100 points: quiz 50, homework and attendance 30, project demo 20

The certificate shows what you completed. It is not an accredited qualification.

Who it's for.

  • You use ChatGPT now and then and want it to do real work for you
  • You haven't really started with AI and want a guided, friendly start
  • You're looking for a job and want a sharper CV and better interview prep

Not for you if

  • You're a developer looking to build or train AI models
  • You'd rather watch recorded videos alone, at your own pace

You need a laptop or desktop computer. Free AI accounts are enough; paid plans are optional.

The fine print, in plain words.

Refunds

Full refund if you change your mind before the end of session 2. Just email us.

If a cohort doesn't fill

Each cohort has 10 participants. If it doesn't fill by its start date, you choose: move to the other cohort, or get every cent back.

Paying

Register first, then pay €179 by PayPal or bank transfer. We hold your seat for 48 hours while the payment arrives.

Questions.

Do I need any experience?

No. If you can use email and a web browser, you can take this course. We start from what AI is and build up.

Do I need to pay for ChatGPT or Claude?

No. Free accounts are enough for every exercise. If you already pay for a plan, you'll get more out of it.

What if I miss a session?

You get a private replay within 24 hours, and you can ask in the WhatsApp group. Attendance or watching the replay both count.

What time is it for me?

All times are Central European Time (CET). Weekend cohort: Saturdays and Sundays at 10:30 CET. Weekday cohort: Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 09:00 CET. If you live in another time zone, the timetable at the top of this page also shows the time where you are.

Is it really live?

Yes. Every session is a live video call with Cosmin and the 10 participants of your cohort. The replays are recordings of those live sessions.

Why €179 and not a monthly subscription?

One price covers the eight sessions, replays, homework feedback and the certificate. No upsells, no subscription.
